As a plant listed within the Noxious Weed List, it is unlawful to move or release TSA except under permit issued by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services' Division of Plant Industry.
Parties that move articles/materials that may be contaminated with TSA should contact FDACS/DPI for specific requirements. Inspections and/or compliance agreements are available to help make sure TSA is not distributed via artificial/man-assisted movement of sod, hay, nurserystock or other regulated articles).
