Hours of Service Rules Change
The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has revised the Hours-of Service (HOS) rules effective October 1, 2005. These rules affect companies/drivers transporting hazardous materials. Please visit the FMCSA web site for more information, including the full text of the rulemaking, brochures in English and Spanish and downloadable information posters.
Recall Information
