The Director's Office provides administrative oversight for the Division of Marketing and Development, its bureaus, offices and programs. The following programs are administered by the Director's Office:

Trade and Development (850) 617-7316
This office serves as primary FDACS liaison for state/federal cooperative programs and other cooperators including, but not limited to, SUSTA, NASDA, USLGE and CPMA. The office develops executive trade mission recommendations and implements mission plans when approved. It provides assessment reports outlining recommended events, anticipated impacts and recommendations for involvement. It also provides after-action reports including return on investment and results realized for Florida producers and agriculture-related businesses.

This office recruits and retains "Fresh From Florida" members. It also promotes the "Fresh From Florida" On the Menu program. It creates partnerships with industry and assists in cooperative branding/marketing efforts. It develops programs that broaden the reach of "Fresh From Florida," such as the "Fresh From Florida" magazine.

Communication and Media (850) 617-7287

This office coordinates “Fresh From Florida” advertising initiatives and manages social media related to the program. It also coordinates the initiatives of the FDACS executive chef, who serves as Florida’s Culinary Ambassador by promoting Florida agricultural products, creating new recipes, attending trade events, performing cooking demonstrations, and teaming with other entities to promote and heighten "Fresh From Florida" product awareness.
